Our Promise
At Eco Well File we stand behind every product we ship. If something is not right, we will make it right. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders placed through our website, email, or contact form.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or payment reference) is required.
- For damaged or defective items on arrival, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a free replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or OEM items produced to your specification.
- Opened personal-care or hygiene products (for example serums) for safety reasons.
- Clearance or final-sale items, if marked as such.
How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] or use our contact form with your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the item is defective. Our team will reply with the return address and next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake or a defective product, we cover the return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
